Mega Plásticos produces synthetic leather in polyurethane (PU), constituted of one or more layers that are reinforced with many types of substrates, such as mesh, felt or non woven (spun laced).

The PU synthetic leather comply with the specifications of each project, because they adapt to the technical needs and visual of each product. Mega Plásticos has more than 200 models of PU synthetic leather, with many colors and finishes. We also work with the correct interaction between the substrate and the PU layer, in order to work with the thickness and the texture needed to the final product.

Among the segments served by Mega Plásticos there are the automotive, furniture, footwear, accessories, among others.

At Mega Plásticos all the process of production is controlled and inspected, from the choice of the suppliers, receipt of raw material, the process of production, packaging and final shipment. All of our PU synthetic leather are produced within strict quality standards, in full compliance with the ABNT NBR15642: 2014, NBR 13899, ASTM D-1895 and DIN 53516.
