The Mega Plásticos’s non woven is produced with spunbond multilayers technology, and made with high quality raw materials, composed of 100% polymers of polypropylene which by means of processes of continuous welding of the filaments impart to the non woven fabric unique properties of strength, elasticity and durability.

With a weight range of 10g/m² up to 180g/m², dozens of colors, widths variable from 100mm to 4200mm and available in reels up to 8.000 meters of lenght, our non woven is the right product for all our customer’s needs. Composed of selected materials and 100% non-toxic, the non woven manufactured by Mega Plásticos is a high-tech fabric, produced after technical engineering studies and which are used in a wide range of applications such as mattresses, furniture, agriculture, automotive, aviation, footwear, constriction, packaging, diapers, hygiene products, health, laboratories, tapestry, among others.

At Mega Plásticos, polypropylene fibers are calendered at precise temperatures, allowing a perfect fusion between continuous filaments of non woven fabric.

The process also allows specific properties to be achieved. Through the selection of raw materials and special additives, can be conferred properties such as UV resistance, higher or lower elasticity, absorbing or repelling liquids abilities, softness, resistance, washability, filtration, bacterial barrier, breathability, density and sterility.

All of our non wovens are produced within strict quality standards, in full compliance with the ISO 9092:2011, CEN EN 29092:1992 and GB/T3923.1:1997.
