Mega Plásticos’s plastisol has a variety of colors that can be made according with the client’s specification. There are more than 2.000 colors already developed. The standards of hardness and viscosity can be produced as the client’s specification, ensuring a final consistency and mechanical characteristics that fully respects the strictest standards in vigor.

All the respect to the international standards guarantees that our plastisol solidifies in 177°C and cooled in sequence, resulting in a flexible and permanently plasticised product, with high levels of durability.

Mega Plásticos’s plastisol can receive multiple types of additives such as anti flames,anti mould, anti bacterial, thermal stabilizers and modifying solidification temperature.
